Ndolé
Bitter leaves stewed with groundnuts, shrimp and beef — Douala's emblematic dish, now Cameroon's national dish.
Cameroonian cuisine, passed on with love
Mialine Gifted Hands, a resto-bar opened in 2026 at Carrefour Obili, was born from a simple passion: sharing real Cameroonian food — the kind cooked in family kitchens and found in Yaoundé's markets.
Every morning we pick fresh ingredients — eru leaves, ndolé, plantains, local spices — and cook them slowly, just like at home. Dozens of dishes from across Cameroon's regions await you, from the Grassfields' pounded taro to the Bassa's mbongo tchobi.

Nana Caroline
Manager
Nana Caroline runs Mialine Gifted Hands. Originally from Tombel, in Cameroon's South-West, she puts the flavours of her home region in the spotlight — eru, ekwang, water fufu — alongside the country's great classics: achu, kati-kati, ndolé, snail sauce and egusi soup.
Every dish tells the story of a Cameroonian region.
